Submissions: Tuesday, September 26 – Monday, October 23, 2023

Fees

The fee is $75 per entry. There is a discount of $10 for PRSA member entries. Sponsorships to the Fleurish Awards provide the best value to your company and to your team members to culminate the year’s success amongst the best of the best in the PR industry.

Entry

Submissions should be for work performed between October 1, 2022 – October 1, 2023

FOR ALL CATEGORIES:

All entrants must submit ONE PDF entry below with the following:

  • Page 1: 100-200 word summary of your entry
  • Page 2-3: Award submission (details on number of pages allowed is listed below based on category)
  • Entry documents should be titled as: CompanyName_EntryCategory_EntryTitle (Ex. Sports League PR_C1_The Saints are Coming 2021 Football Campaign)
  • Entries should comply with specific guidelines for campaigns and single piece events.
  • Internet material should be screen-captured and submitted in entry materials.

For Campaign Category:

  • Page 1: 100-200 word written description of the project
  • Page 2-3: Two-page (MAX) Campaign description (single spaced, size 10 font)

*A public relations campaign can be entered in only one campaign category.

*Individual components can be entered in appropriate single entry categories.

Print Category:

  • Page 1: 100-200 word written description of the project
  • Page 2: One-page (MAX) Element description (single spaced, size 10 font)
  • The summary should explain the public relations project supported by the entry.

Social Media Category:

  • Page 1: 100-200 word written description of the project
  • Page 2: One-page (MAX) Element description (single spaced, size 10 font)
  • The summary should explain the public relations project or campaign supported by the entry.

Supporting media

One file, maximum size of 64MB, containing all supporting media to evidence your entry may be uploaded along with your entry at this link.

Awards

The Judges’ selection of Winners in each Category will be announced at the Fleurish Awards Ceremony taking place at Lula Restaurant and Distillery in November. The Silver Anvil Award and Individual PR Awards will not be revealed until the Awards Ceremony. All winners will receive custom-designed trophies or plaques at the Awards Ceremony.

Publication of winning entries

Each Fleurish Award winning entry will be published on the website after the Awards Ceremony. This is our way of giving you additional free exposure. Entrants must not include any confidential or non-public information in their Entry.

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the additional guidelines of the FAQ will make your Entry ineligible.

Select the best Categories for your Entry. There is no limit: entries can be put into as many Categories as you believe appropriate. This increases your chances of winning. Each Entry attracts a unique entry fee.

This year’s 2023 Fleurish Awards Ceremony will take place at Nolé, 2001 St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 6 p.m.
